Fresh Ingredients

St. Louis-style pizza is our mainstay: a crispy, 

cracker-thin crust loaded with St. Louis’ own 

Provel-style cheese, a special blend of Cheddar, 

Colby, Swiss and Mozzarella.  We use only the 

freshest ingredients for toppings.  A wide variety 

of appetizers broaden our menu, including the St. 

Louis favorite, toasted ravioli. Buffalo-style chicken 

wings are a big seller as well.  Our salads are fresh 

and crisp and add a great addition to any order.  

For something different, try our sandwiches and 

pastas.  A wide range of hot and cold subs are 

available.  Our pastas rival any Italian restaurant in 

taste and quality.  Choices include both red and 

white sauces.
